Jesse is a veteran political operative and cannabis equity advocate with more than a decade of experience in New York State and City government. He worked with Governor Cuomo’s office during the battle to legalize cannabis and served as chief architect and negotiator of the MRTA, New York’s landmark cannabis legislation.
